- Do I need to talk to anyone before I order?
- No. Choose your pages on the quote page and pay to start. Then you describe your business in a chat and your home page arrives in about twenty minutes. Message us first only if you have a question.
- Is there a phone number?
- No. There's no phone line. Message us on WhatsApp, email chris@themesmith.ai or use the form on this page. Everything is in writing, so you can look back at what was said.
- I'm not sure how many pages I need. Can you help?
- Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what your business does and we'll work it out with you. The usual sizes: everything on one page for £29, four pages (home, services, about, contact) for £74, eight pages for £134, and up to twenty, which we build with you. A privacy page is included free. With four pages, that's £74 once, then the Business plan for hosting after the first free month; its monthly price is on the pricing page.
- What do the finished sites look like?
- Have a look at the showcase. Bottle Kiln Barbers and Harbour Loaf are both four-page sites, £74 each. Every build comes with photos, copy and two logo designs made for you, and you see the home page and approve it before the rest is built.
- How do I ask for a change to my site, and what does it cost?
- Sign in and ask in your dashboard, or message us on WhatsApp: new hours, a price, a photo. We make the change and put it live. Small edits like these are included in your monthly plan: Business covers about thirty a month, and what you don't use rolls over. Behind the scenes that's credits (a small edit is about 15 of the 500 you get each month). If you ever need more, a top-up is £12 for 125 credits, about eight more small edits, and top-ups never expire.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account. There's no contract and no setup fee. Your site stays online to the end of the period you've paid for, plus 30 days; then it goes offline and we keep every file for 12 months, so the same site comes back if you resubscribe. If a price ever changes you get 30 days' notice, and existing customers keep their price.
- Who reads my message?
- Chris Painter, who founded ThemeSmith. Email goes to chris@themesmith.ai. The form on this page reaches us by email too, with your address as the reply-to, so the reply comes straight back to you.
