Compared, in detail.
The full specification across the three monthly tiers, set out plainly. Where a feature reads generous, higher, highest, the difference is in the size of the monthly allowance, not the kind of feature available.
Terms of dispatch.
The eight commitments behind every plan. There's no fine print elsewhere; this is the fine print, in normal print, set out plainly.
- Monthly billing— no annual contracts, no setup fees, no minimum term.
- Two-click cancel— from your account: Settings → Cancel. We don't make you call or fill in a form.
- End-of-period grace— if you cancel mid-month, the site keeps running until the period ends.
- Domain stays yours— whether you bought it through us or transferred one in. We hand it over on exit.
- Static snapshot on exit— if you cancel, we send the site as static HTML. Put it on any host you like.
- Content exportable— pages, copy, brand assets, photographs — exportable in standard formats.
- No price-creep— founder offer is locked in for the first twelve months. We tell you 30 days before any change.
- Covered if a build fails— you're not charged for a failed build; a human follows up the next working day to put it right.
Frequently asked.
Eight questions we're asked before someone signs up. Set in reference style — Q for the question, A for the answer, no accordion to click through. If your question isn't here, the full FAQ has thirty-six; or write to chris@themesmith.ai.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time, in two clicks from your account. We keep your site running until the end of the billing period — no surprises, no exit fees. Your domain stays yours either way; we never hold it hostage.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes, both. The content, the brand, the domain — all yours from day one. If you ever leave, we send you a static snapshot of the site so you can put it on any host.
Can I move between tiers?
Move up or down any time. Pro-rated charge or credit on the next bill — no conversation needed, no “sales call to upgrade”.
Is the founder offer locked-in?
For the first twelve months on Business or Autopilot, yes. After that the price moves to standard. We tell you at least 30 days before any change, and you can move tiers or cancel without penalty.
What if I want to add a page later?
Open Forge, describe the page, approve the structure. Published in a few minutes. There's a small one-off charge per added page; current rate is shown in the studio. Any tier can add pages.
What happens if a build fails?
You're not charged for a build that fails. A support ticket opens and a human follows up the next working day to put it right — and if we genuinely can't deliver, we make it good. We don't keep your money for a build we couldn't deliver.
Are there any hidden limits?
Generous monthly allowances on Forge edits across all tiers. Higher tiers get more — the detail is in your account. We design the limits for typical use; if you're hitting them often, you've outgrown your tier.
Which tier should I start on?
If you just need a working site, Starter at £15/mo is plenty. If you want the site to keep gaining ground over time, Business at £39/mo (£29 founder offer) adds analytics and tested improvements. If you want it to find its own improvements and tee them up for your one-tap approval, Autopilot at £129/mo (£79 founder offer) does that. You can always move later.
