A Shop or a Store?
Up to 30 things, each with one choice, delivered in the UK: that’s a Shop on your website. Anything more, or you’re already on Shopify: that’s a Store.

- Can I add a shop to my website?
- Yes, if your website is with ThemeSmith: a Shop is £15 a month added to any plan, on the site you already have. If your website is somewhere else, we build you one first, and the Shop goes on it.
- What does it cost to sell?
- £15 a month, and no ThemeSmith fee on your sales: you pay only Stripe’s card fee on each payment. Start before 1 April 2027 and it stays £15.
- How many things can I sell?
- Up to 30, each with one choice, such as a size or a colour. If you need more, sizes and colours together, or selling abroad, that’s a Store.
- Where can I deliver?
- Anywhere in the UK. Selling abroad is one of the things a Store does.
- Do I need a Stripe account?
- Yes, your own. Payments go straight into it, so the money is yours from the moment someone pays. We help you connect it.
- How do I change what’s for sale?
- By message. Send a photo and a price to add something, or tell us something has sold, is back, or should be hidden.
- Is a Shop the same as a Shopify store?
- No. A Shop is part of your ThemeSmith website. Up to 30 things, each with one choice, delivered in the UK: that’s a Shop on your website. Anything more, or you’re already on Shopify: that’s a Store.
