Questions

Do I need Shopify to sell online?

Not for a few things. If you sell up to 30 things, each with one choice, to customers in the UK, a Shop on your ThemeSmith website does it, with payments into your own Stripe account. Shopify earns its keep with bigger ranges, sizes and colours, or selling abroad.

Does ThemeSmith take a cut of my sales?

No. With a Shop you pay Stripe’s card fee and nothing to us. With a Store, Shopify’s own fees go to Shopify; we charge only the build and the monthly price.

Can I move from a Shop to a Store later?

Yes. We design your Store in the same look as your website and Shop, so nothing is redesigned.
