A person checks your website by hand, with help from our tools. We show our evidence and say where a check was inconclusive.
We stop before submitting forms or placing orders. A check is a snapshot of your public website, not a guarantee of more enquiries.
A few things to know
Will you try to sell me a website?
No. If you’d rather someone made the changes for you, the report says so once, at the end. You can use every fix yourself, or pass it to whoever looks after your website.
How long does it take?
Within 2 working days. We do about ten checks a week by hand. If this week is full, we’ll tell you straight away and do yours next week.
What happens to my email?
We use it to deliver the report. The optional checkbox is separate: leave it unticked and there are no marketing follow-ups. If you opt in, every email has an unsubscribe link. Read our privacy policy.
Can I check the same website again?
We do one check per website every 30 days. If you ask again with the same email, we’ll make sure yours is on its way. For privacy, we only ever send a report to the email that asked for it.
