We ask what you do and what your customers like about you. You don’t need to have thought about any of it.
We build it and show you
We build it and show you the finished site. Your home page within 24 hours of the call, and the whole site live within 7 days. Moving a domain can take longer, and we’ll tell you if yours will. Anything you’d change, tell us and we change it.
After launch, a change is a message
Send it on WhatsApp or by email. We make it and put it live, usually the same working day.

What if I don’t like what you make?
The £249 isn’t refundable. Instead, we keep working on your site until you’re happy, before anything goes live. Tell us anything you’d change and we change it. If you’d like to talk it through first, ask Chris a question before you pay.
What do I have to do?
A 30-minute call. We ask the questions and you just talk. There’s nothing to prepare. If you have photos of your work or your place, a logo or your domain login to hand, send them and we use them. If not, we manage without them.

What does the £59 a month pay for?
Your site hosted, kept secure, backed up before every change and checked daily, your own domain connected and enquiry forms that reach you. Send any change, like prices, photos, hours or a new page, and we make it and put it live, usually the same working day. We look after your Google Business Profile too.
How do I reach you?
It starts with a 30-minute call with Chris. After that, send changes on WhatsApp, and email us whenever you like.
Is it a template with my name on it?
No. We design each site for the business it’s for. Harbour Loaf, above, is one of them, and every site we’ve built looks different.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Cancel from your account. Your site stays online to the end of the period you've paid for, plus 30 days. We email you once, at least 7 days before it goes offline. Going offline deletes nothing: we keep every file for 12 months, and if you resubscribe in that time the same site comes back, with no rebuild. You can download the whole site as a .zip from your dashboard at any time. A domain you bought or transferred through us stays yours and keeps renewing on your card until you turn auto-renew off or transfer it out.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is yours: one you connect stays registered with the provider you bought it from, and we only point it at your site. You can download the whole site as a .zip from your dashboard at any time.
What if I’d rather choose things myself?
Then self-serve is for you: you chat, choose and approve, and see the exact price before you pay.
How does this compare with hiring a freelancer?
With a freelancer, the price, the hosting and what a change costs after launch are whatever you agree with them, so ask before you start. With Done for you, the price is the one on this page, and after launch a change is a message: we make it and put it live.
